Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the VoyageLog mobile and web application provided by Ironset Studio (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to violate any law or anyone else’s rights.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service to send spam or harass other users.

Your content

You retain ownership of the trip content, documents, and other materials you create or upload. You grant Ironset Studio a limited license to host, store, transmit, display, and back up that content solely so we can operate the Service for you and the people you choose to share it with.

Subscriptions

VoyageLog offers paid subscription plans. Pricing, billing interval, and what each plan includes are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

iOS in-app subscriptions (Apple)

Subscriptions purchased inside the iOS app are auto-renewable and are billed through your Apple ID:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID Subscriptions in the Settings app or the App Store.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are also subject to Apple’s standard end-user license agreement (EULA), available here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Web subscriptions (Stripe)

Subscriptions purchased on the web are processed by Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage payment method, view invoices, and cancel from the billing portal in your account settings.

Refunds

Refund requests for iOS in-app purchases are handled by Apple under their standard refund process. Web purchase refund requests can be sent to [email protected] and we will review them in good faith, though payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ironset Studio disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ironset Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
